Bill Gates Climate Change Man!

Bill Gates ocean cloud seeding investment to
stop climate change. BP interested in a modified suck-up
the-ocean-spray-it-up-machiene but they'd like it to have a rig on top.
The 7 billion cost to make Bill Gates into Climate Change Man, is only
equivalent to his modest Christmas bonus. Last year he made himself a
Chocolate Factory complete with robot umpa lumpas
this year he'd like to "give something back" Opponents say he's playing
God. Sucking up the sea more like playing cod!

Bill Gates Climate Change Man, sucks up the ocean to make clouds! BP interested in a Climate Man style save but Microsoft owns the rights!  I can't see how this could fail?  Scientists working on the project said this "trust us we're scientists".  Hopefully this won't be another spectacular failure larger than windows vista.  I'm sure once they work out all the bugs in the Microsoft ocean cloud seeding machine, governments will have to upgrade making Bill Gates even richer.  The wealth from the ocean cloud making machine, may have a trickle down effect!
